If you are unemployed right now, one of the best things you can do is give yourself a consistent reason to get out of bed. If you are still employed during quarantine, one of the best things you can do is give yourself a consistent reason to get out of bed.
I mean that. Waking up because you have to work isn't going to steer you towards personal success; you are merely fulfilling an obligation. Whether or not you are working during this shelter-at-home, you need to create a personal reason to get out of bed - a morning moment that is just for you.
Create a little morning moment that brings you joy and gives you a reason to get out of bed, one that you actually look forward to.

There is a lot of negative news coming at us from every direction. When it comes to choosing the media you ingest, make a decision as to how you want your mood to be affected. Don't just consume on autopilot.
If the news has got you down, find some comedy. If you're feeling cooped up, choose media that lets you escape. If things are feeling a little chaotic, watch that favorite movie that always feels comfortable.
Don't let the media consume you. Take control and make choices that will elevate you rather than bring you down.
